We only offer the holidaymaker select properties which we ourselves manage and maintain on behalf of our owners. You can be assured that we know each of our properties fully and are not acting purely as an agent for some other rental company, so we can confirm availability immediately or directly with the owner.

Long Term Property Rental and Sales

We occassionally have owners that are looking to rent their property for the whole Winter period or on an annual basis, in fact demand is outstripping supply and we are actively looking to list other owners or agents properties available for long term rental in the Marbella and surrounding areas.

If you are interested in adding your property for long term rental we offer two alternatives depending on the property involved. We can offer a paid for listing where you pay a fee to feature your property on our pages, or we can list and take a fee on successful rental of the property.
